  • Da 8 a 12 patate
  • Sale e pepe
  • Olio d’oliva

PREPARAZIONE

  • Preriscaldare il forno a 200° C.
  • Lavate le patate.
  • Tagliare le patate in tutta la larghezza a intervalli regolari, assicurandosi di mantenere ogni patata.
  • Mettere le patate su una teglia o una teglia da forno.
  • Spennellare le patate con olio d’oliva con un pennello o uno spray di olio d’oliva.
  • Cospargere ogni patata con sale e pepe (e altre erbe e spezie se vuoi).
